If your Zebra printer is unresponsive or needs a fresh reset, follow the steps below to perform a hardware reset using a SIM ejector tool (or paperclip).

Make sure the printer is powered on (plugged in and the power light is on).
Locate the small reset hole on the bottom of the printer — see the red arrow in the image below.
Use a SIM card ejector tool (or paperclip) to press and hold the button inside the hole.
Hold for 12 seconds, then release.
The printer will automatically reboot and reset to factory settings.
After completing the setup, if the printer shows a yellow pause indicator, please press the button shown as “1” in the image to resume.
Note: The printer must be powered on during this process.
