One、 Product Picture

Two、 Printer description
Note:
The transmission interface and appearance of the printer in the picture may vary according to the type of machine you purchased. Refer to the actual interface and appearance of the product for accurate requirements.
Three、Setting up the Paper Roll
1.Press the top cover switch to open the top cover of the printer.
2.Install the paper roll on to the label supply shaft and use the paper roll fastener to fix the paper roll in the center of the supply shaft.
3.Position the paper roll correctway ups on its stand. (If the paper roll is too wide, you can remove the fixer, and use the paper roll shaft directly.)
4.Reserve 1cm outside the paper exit and then close the top cover of the printer.
Four:、Common Key Functions Introduction
1.Indicator Lights and Key Explanation
— Power light (①)
— Mode light (②)

— Feed button (⑤)
2.Paper Feed
When the printer is “ready to print” state (both the power blue light “①” and mode light “②” are constantly on), pressing the “⑤” button for label feed in-wards to until next label premier end-age.
3.Pause
During consecutive printing, press the “④” button for pause-print, while per this point of condition/status the indication light tint blue.Press the button again, and the printing work resumes.
4.Power On/Off Instructions
Power On: In the state of being off, hold the "③" button to switch on the power. When the printer is on, the power light will shine blue.
Power Off: When the machine is on, hold the "③" button down to turn off the power, this will shut down the printer and the power light goes off.

Five、Starting Up Power Functioning Steps
1. Print the device information page
① The printer starts up normally and is ready
② Press the ④ key for 3 seconds to print the information page
2. Switch modes
① In the startup state
② Hold down the ④ and ⑤ keys at the same time for 3 seconds after all indicators are off, release all keys, wait for the printer indicator to light up again, and print out the current mode prompt message
③ Switching mode difference:
Label mode:Mode indicator Steady yellow;
Ticket mode: The mode indicator is off
3.Printer initialization
① In shutdown state
② Press and hold the ③ and ④ keys at the same time to turn on the power, and keep pressing the state for about 10 seconds (the mode light flashes) the printer will initialize. After the initialization is complete, release all the keys. Please refer to the table below for the initialization content

4.Access Diagnostic/Debug Mode
① When the machine is powered off
② Long press key number ⑤, then power on the machine. After 5 seconds (mode light is flashing), device enters the diagnostic/debug mode.
5.Print Self-Test Page
① When the machine is powered off
② Long press key number ⑤, then power on the machine. After 8 seconds, a self-test page will be printed.
Six、Troubleshooting
Problems | Possible Causes | Solution |
The power indicator light is not on | The plug of the AC outlet and power supply are not properly connected to the printer's socket, the power switch of the printer is not turned on. | Check the power connector and confirm whether the plug of the AC outlet and power supply is correctly connected to the printer. Switch on the power. |

Poor print quality | The label paper is installed incorrectly · There is dust or adhesive buildup on the print head · The print density setting is improper · The print head is damaged. | Re-install consumables. Clean print head. Clean rubber rollers. Adjust printer print density and speed. Print a self-test value to determine whether the print head is damaged. If the print head is damaged, return it to the factory for replacement. Replace with suitable labels. If the thickness of the label exceeds 0.22mm, it may lead to a decline in print quality. Confirm that the print head bracket is fully closed. |
In case of paper jumping during printing | Label size setting is incorrect or insufficient. The label sensor is covered by foreign objects resulting inaccurate detection. | Re-adjust the specifications and print at a suitable level. Decrease the gap value and print.
