📖 Tutorial

Navigate to Store Portal - [Menu] - [Items]

Item Search

In the [Search By] section, you can search for items based on item name, category, item tag, and sales status.

Editing Existing Items

Use the blue button to edit existing items.

Copy Item

Use [Item Copy] in the drop-down menu to duplicate all item configurations.

Delete Item

Click [Delete] in the drop-down menu to remove an item.

Item Inventory

Navigate to Store Portal - [Menu] - [Items]. Find inventory in the drop-down menu. Inventory adjustments apply across all channels, meaning you can only sell a limited quantity from all channels combined.

Terminology

Definition

Unlimited

"Unlimited" means there is no limitation on quantity.

Daily Inventory

Daily inventory indicates the inventory available for your business day, which resets every day.

Total Inventory

Total inventory represents the total number of items available, which does not reset unless changed manually.

Temporary Adjust

Temporary adjustments will override your long-term inventory for one day. For example, if your daily inventory is set to 10, but you adjust the quantity to 5, you can only sell 5 items for that day. This adjustment will be removed the following day.

This is how out-of-stock items will appear on your automated channels.

You can also use the red button to mark the item as out of stock. The [Sold Out (Today)] status will reset on the next business day.
