Shift - Manager Activities

This article explains how to edit shifts, perform tip pool settlements, handle unpaid orders, and generate the employee productivity report.

By assigning the appropriate permissions—such as editing other employees’ shifts, performing tip pool settlements, and reviewing shifts—you can enable your staff to handle common manager tasks within your restaurant operations.

Instruction

All manager activities are located under Shift > Manager Activities.

Tip Pool Settlement

When entering the settlement page, the first thing is to check the shift status. If there are still working employees in the pool, the manager will be notified. Click [Next] to enter the next step.

If there are open or unpaid orders, the manager will also be alerted. Click [Settle] to complete the settlement process

All tip pools will be automatically settled according to their time settings on the Peblla Store Portal, but by manual settlement, all active tip pools will be settled even if it has not reached their end time. Click [Confirm] to complete the settlement process.

Now the settlement process is completed. You can see from the example report on the right that the host's tip is updated from $0.00 to $0.70 due to tip pool distribution. Select [Print] to print out the productivity report shown on the right.

Review Employee Shifts

Entering the Review Employee Shifts module, you can view all employee shifts and their status.

Use the [Edit Shift] button to edit an employee's shift, break, or cash tip information.

Click the [Time Card] button at the top right to view all employees' current time cards. This overview provides managers with a clear snapshot of each staff member’s status in real time.
