If you are collaborating with local organizations for a fundraising event, you can implement this by using the Fundraising promotion. A designated promo code lets you track the sales that belong to the event, and the amount the customer pays is not changed.

Navigate to Store Portal > Promotions > Improve Customer Repurchase Rates > Fundraising. For what every field on this page does, see Promotion - Fundraising.
Enter the code and the fundraiser name.
Fundraising does not give a discount. The code only records the order under the campaign, so the order total stays the same.
Remember to click [Save] at the bottom. Once the promotion is created, you can go to "Promo Event List" to check orders and sales total using this promo code.
