Promotion - Sign Up Coupons

In this article, you can learn how to set up a promotion to give discount coupons upon registration.

Sign-up coupons motivate customers to register. It also encourages customers to download the app and join the membership community.

Note:

  • Sign-up promotions can only be used through the app and web page.

  • Ensure the coupon's expiration date is set after the promotion's end date. If the coupons you created aren't displaying, check the validity dates of both the coupons and the promotions.

How to Configure Sign-up Coupons

Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Promotions] - [Promotions] - [Sign Up Coupons]

Coupon Title:

Name: Name the promotion in the textbox.

Description: Input the necessary description here. (For example, promotion rules.)

Internal Note: Note for internal use only. Customers will not be able to see this.

Active Dates:

The start date and end date are both required.

If customers are new sign-ups, they will receive a certain coupon or coupons.

Reward Coupons:

Click [+ Select Coupon] to add coupons.

If you have already created a coupon, you can find it here. Select the one needed and click [Save].

If you have not created a coupon, click [Add Coupon]. You can edit the number of coupons, or delete them to reselect.

Channels can participate:

Available in App and Web, but does not support POS or Kiosk.

Click [Save] to take effect.

How to Check the Activity Details

Navigate to [Promote Event List]. Check ongoing discount activities in the [Ongoing Events] list, click the [blue button] to check the activity details, and the [red button] to disable the activity.

On the activity details page, you can check the total order amount, order quantity, and customer quantity of the activity. You can also change the activity description, internal remarks, and items participating in the activity (other items cannot be changed during the activity)

In the [Past Events] list, you can view expired activities. The [Active] button can re-enable expired activities that are still within the activity period.
