For team-building events or group meals, if one table cannot accommodate everyone, you can set up multiple tables. Each table can order different items, and you can use this feature to combine all orders from each table for a single payment.
Note:
After successfully merging the orders, the original orders will be canceled, but the status of each item will remain unchanged. Items that have already been sent to the kitchen will still be marked as sent, while items not yet sent will remain as not sent.
If the target order has a discount and the order to be merged also has an item discount, you will be prompted during the merging process. If you choose to proceed, the item discount will take priority and be preserved.
📖 Tutorial
Select the tables you want to combine the orders.
Click [Edit Order], then select [Combine Order].
Choose the orders you wish to combine.
When the orders are selected, click [Combine Orders] to merge the orders onto the selected table.
The merged order is treated as a general order, displaying all dish and order information. This order can be edited, paid for, refunded, and more.
The order remarks will be merged when the orders are combined.
