In this article, you will learn how to view various data on issued gift cards. We will guide you through the process of finding all gift cards issued in the system, including details such as their remaining balance, status, and cardholder information.

Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Gift Card] - [Issued Card]

At the top of the page, you will find a summary of all issued gift card information, including the number of gift cards sold, the total amount of gift card purchases, and the amount consumed using gift cards.

You can search by the last four digits of the gift card or cardholder information. You can also filter by gift card status.

In the Card List, you can view the details of each card, including the last four digits of the purchased card number, the purchaser, the cardholder, the remaining balance on the card, and the gift card status

Issued: The card is issued but not yet activated. There's no cardholder information.

Activated: The card is activated and bonded to an account.

Unavailable: The card is activated and bonded to an account, but there's no remaining balance on the card

Under the Actions column, you can click on the blue button to view detailed information about the gift card.
