Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Gift Card] - [Transactions] to view all transactions related to gift card purchases.
At the top of the transaction page, you can filter gift card transactions by store locations and time intervals.
Gross refers to the total gift card balance issued to customers.
Similar to every credit card transaction made in-store, purchases made with gift cards using credit cards will also incur transaction fees.
The Net Total is the amount received on the gift card deposit account.
All transaction information will be listed under [Transaction].
Note:
Cash transactions are received by individual stores. Therefore, it should be deducted from the reimbursement.
Gift cards purchased over online channels will not have store information.
