BiteMe can be used as a payment method during checkout on the POS. Customers can present their BiteMe member QR code or tell the staff their card number for settlement.

1.Click on【BiteMe Cash】under “Other Payment” on the checkout page.

2.Staff can scan the customer's member QR code or manually enter the member's phone number for settlement.

3.After entering the phone number and clicking【Confirm】, you will proceed to the member confirmation and deduction page.

4.Scenario One: There are enough BiteMe Cash for full payment

① Click【Confirm and Pay】to proceed with payment.

② Upon payment success, click【Done】to return to the ordering page.

5.Scenario Two: Using BiteMe Cash for split payment

① If the BiteMe Cash balance is insufficient for the full payment, you can choose to split the payment. Click【Split Amount and Pay $xxx】to pay the expendable amount (note that you cannot choose the payment amount; you can only pay the entire balance).

② After a successful split payment with BiteMe Cash, click【Go Next Payment】to return to the checkout page where you can choose another payment method to continue paying. Click【Pay More Later】to return to the ordering page where you can find the order in order history to continue paying.

① Full payment receipt

② Receipt with insufficient balance resulting in split payment.
