In this article, you will learn everything you need to know about using a physical gift card. We will cover how to enable the gift card feature, check gift card transactions in the backend, and guide you through purchasing, activating, printing, and redeeming gift cards. Also, we will provide examples of the gift card checkout page and receipts to help you better understand the user experience.

Navigate to the Enterprise Portal, and go to [Gift Card] - [Configure] - [Sales/Reload Terminal]. In the sales/reload terminal section, enable the POS function for physical cards.

Navigate to the Enterprise Portal, and go to [Gift Card] - [Transactions] to access the gift card transaction report.

In the [Sales Format] column, you can distinguish between the digital and physical formats of the gift card for each transaction.

When the physical gift card feature is enabled, the POS gift card page will display the sales format option. By selecting the physical card option, you will be prompted to choose the quantity of gift cards the customer wishes to purchase. Please note that the maximum quantity of gift cards that can be purchased in a single transaction is 20.

Once finished, click [Pay] and you will be directed to the gift card checkout page.

On the checkout page, the images below display both sides of the two-screen POS interface.

Once the payment is completed, the label printer will print the physical gift card label. The label will display the gift card's QR code, balance, and card number.

You can scan the QR code on the gift card label using the scanner, and the card number will be entered automatically. Alternatively, you can enter the card number manually.

On the checkout page, you can scan the gift card QR code from the app or physical card to make a payment, or manually enter the card number if needed.
