In this article, you will learn how to split payments using POS systems in both Table Service and Quick Service modes.

In this article, you will learn how to split payments using POS systems in both Table Service and Quick Service modes. This feature enables you to divide bills evenly or variably during group dining without modifying the original order. Each portion of the split can be paid using various methods, such as credit card or cash.

Note: [Even Distribution Payment] and [Payment by Different Amounts] can be used interchangeably.

On the ordering page, after selecting an item, proceed to the payment page. Click on [Split Payment] in the top right corner to access the split payment options.

Even Distribution Payment:

Even distribution payment divides the total amount into several equal parts, with each part calculated based on the average amount.

① Confirm the number of splits (up to 5), then click [Done] to return to the payment page.

② On the payment page, payment details will be displayed on the left. Confirm the amount and proceed with the payment.

③ When payment is completed, a pop-up window will appear. Click [Go Next Payment] to proceed to the next payment. After each payment, the system will automatically generate a bill for the subsequent customer.

④ If you need to adjust the split payment amounts, you can click on [Split Payment] to modify them.

Payment by Different Amounts:

Payment by different amounts allows you to choose different amounts for each payment.

① First, enter the amount the first payer needs to provide, then click [Done] to return to the payment page.

② On the payment page, the payment details will be displayed on the left side.

③ When the payment is completed, click [Go Next Payment] to proceed to the next payment.

④ If further splitting is required, click on [Split Payment].
