In this article, you will learn how to adjust item quantities on the POS system, a feature available in both Table Service and Quick Service modes. This functionality allows you to easily modify item quantities during the ordering process, ensuring accuracy and flexibility in handling customer requests.

Quantity Adjustment:

To adjust the quantity of an item, first select the item, then click [+] to increase or [-] to decrease the quantity. (Note: The quantity cannot be adjusted if no item is selected. If the item quantity is 1, clicking the minus sign will remove the item.)

Items already sent to the kitchen cannot be deleted or reduced. (These items will appear in yellow in the shopping cart.)
