The Labor Cost Report provides a detailed view of labor costs and labor efficiency over time. It helps operators analyze labor expenses against sales, compare performance by job or date, and identify labor cost trends. Please make sure you set up employee pay rate before using this feature.
Please navigate Report Center > Employee Performance > Labor Cost Report.
You can filter the report by:
Date Range – Choose from Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, or a custom date range. You can also apply Custom Hours to analyze a specific time period within each day.
Job – Select one or more job titles to include in the report.
The report supports data for up to 3 months in a single query.
