The Labor Summary report provides a high-level overview of labor performance for the selected store and date range. It replaces the summary section previously available in the legacy Shifts report and helps operators evaluate labor costs, staffing efficiency, and sales performance.
Please navigate to Report Center > Employee Performance > Labor Summary.
Maximum 3 months of data can be viewed at once.
Restaurant Summary
Provides a store-level overview, including:
Labor hours and estimated payroll grouped by Job Title
Total sales, order volume, guest count, and tips
Labor-to-sales performance metrics, such as:
Total Pay / Net Sales
Net Sales / Employee Hour
Employee Summary
Provides a detailed breakdown by Employee, including:
Regular and overtime hours
Hourly rate
Estimated regular pay and overtime pay
Total tips
Reported cash tips, non-cash tips, auto-gratuity
Note: All data displayed in the Labor Summary report is calculated independently of the Tip Pool feature. Any tip-related figures shown in this report (including Tips, Auto Gratuity, Declared Cash Tips, and Total Tips) do not reflect Tip Pool distributions or Tip Pool calculations.
