Report Center - Tips Management

You can now view and manage all tip pooling data under:

Report Center > Employee Performance > Tips Management

This report reflects tip calculations based on your current tip pool allocation rules, helping you track, audit, and approve tips across all working days.

Tip Status Definitions

Each business day will show one of the following statuses:

  • READY
    Tip pool has been calculated and all orders for the day are completed.
    Note: Tip amounts may still change if a tip refund is issued or if allocation rules are updated.

  • IN PROGRESS
    The business day is still active. Tip pool data may change based on remaining sales or orders.

  • APPROVED
    Tip pool data has been approved by the store operator.
    Further changes (e.g., refunds or rule updates) will NOT affect the data.

  • NO TIP
    No tip activity was recorded on this day.

Tip pool rule changes are not reflected immediately in the report. It may take up to 2 hours for updates to sync.

Viewing Tip Details

Click into any day’s entry to view detailed tip information, including:

  • The time period the tip pool is based on

  • The number of employees clocked in

  • The total gratuity collected

  • Breakdown by individual employee (use the dropdown on the right)

Use the Export button to download the report for further review or record keeping.

Once you’ve confirmed that all tip data is accurate, click Approve to archive the data for payroll.
You may reopen the day’s tip pool at any time if recalibration is needed.

Use the sorting and filter options to view by individual employee or adjust the display layout for easier analysis.
