Peblla offers a facial recognition clock-in/out solution to help prevent buddy punching and ensure accurate time tracking.
Make sure a camera is connected to the POS station where Face ID is being used.
Due to biometric data privacy regulations, Face ID data cannot be stored in the cloud. As a result, facial recognition can only be used on the local device where it is registered.
Navigate to POS > Settings > Face ID Set Up
You’ll see a list of employees and their current Face ID registration status.
To register a new employee, click on the employee's name and complete the Face ID consent form.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the facial scan
Once set up, employees can punch in and out using facial recognition on that specific device.
