Loyalty -Member Segmentation

Navigate to Enterprise Portal > Loyalty Program > Members.

Please note that member data refreshes every hour, and thus, the data does not reflect the most up-to-date member information.

Preset Segments

Peblla will provide five pre-set dynamic member groups:

  • New Members: members who signed up within the last 30 days.

  • Regulars: members who have ordered 3 times in the last 180 days, and the last order date is within the past 90 days.

  • Lapsed Members: members whose last order date is between 90 to 360 days.

  • Highest Spenders: members whose lifetime spending is in the top 50% and the last order date is within the past 90 days.

  • Promotion Lovers: members who are regulars and whose average spending per order is in the bottom 50%.

You can customize each group by clicking into the corresponding member list and modifying the filters. Once the new parameters are saved, your preset groups will follow the new rules.

Use the [Column] button on the right to customize your view under Member List.

Custom Segments

If you want to create other custom dynamic segments, or you just want to create a fixed custom group for your friends and family, go down to the bottom of the page and choose [+ Add Segments]

Dynamic Segment

If you want to create a dynamic member group based on custom filters without overriding preset groups, use Custom Dynamic Segment. Below are all available filters:

Order

  • Last order date

  • Order date

  • Number of orders (lifetime)

  • Order channel (lifetime)

  • Lifetime spending

  • Average order spending

  • Average returning period

Marketing& Promotion

  • SMS preference

  • Points balance (current)

  • Lifetime points earned

Member Information

  • Sign-up date

  • Sign-up channel

  • Birthday

  • Member subscription status

  • Standard membership status

Fixed Segment

Let's say you want to give your friends discounts whenever they order from your store, you can put your friends' phone numbers in this group and give them a unique member benefit of 20%, as shown in the picture below.

Show to members

If this switch is turned on, customers will be able to see their segment name. If the segment is intended for internal use only (e.g., to flag a potentially abusive member for staff), please leave this option unchecked.

Engage & Reward Members

Once these groups are saved, you can choose to engage these audience groups via app push notification, coupons, and marketing SMS.
