Place the card on the top surface of the card reader, aligning it with the tap symbol.

Place the card with the chip facing up, then insert it into the card reader.

Flip the card reader over and swipe the card from left to right.

If the card reader is placed on a dock, simply push the card reader in the direction indicated by the arrow in the image below. Then, lift it off the dock and follow the swipe card instructions above to complete the card swipe.
