Device Power Status Check
If the printer's green light is continuously on, the device is powered normally; otherwise, further check the printer's power cord connection status and interface stability.
The printer has a power switch on the side; ensure the raised part of the button is pressed down (power on).
If the position marked 1 in the image is continuously lit, the power adapter is powered normally. If 1 is not lit, check if part 2 is firmly connected. If both positions are normal, try changing the power outlet or moving the device to another location to eliminate power issues.
