If you are collaborating with local organizations for a fundraising event, you can implement this by using the Promo Code feature. A designated promo code allows you to track sales without necessarily giving out discounts.
Example
🏥 Place the order with code REDCROSS to support the local Red Cross.

Navigate to Promotion - Promo Code.
Enter the code and the fundraiser name.
Choose no discount if you just want to keep track of sales without giving additional discounts.
Remember to click [Save] at the bottom. Once the promotion is created, you can go to "Promo Event List" to check orders and sales total using this promo code.
