In this article, you will learn how to configure gift card promotion. You can enable the gift card promotion feature, allowing customers to enjoy discounts when purchasing gift cards.
Note: The promotion duration setting cannot overlap with the ongoing time period. Only one promotion can run during any given time period.

Configure Gift Card Promotion
Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Gift Card] - [Gift Card Promo] to enter the gift card promotion configuration page.
Click [+Add] to add a gift card promotion.
Enter the promotion's name and discount percentage, set promotion duration, and click [Save].
Once the configuration is done, click [edit] under the Actions column to view the finished event, or click [disable] to close the event (if a stop time is set, it will automatically stop when the time comes).
You may view the specific details related to the current event (you cannot edit the event, you can only create a new one):
Terminology | Definition |
Total Volume | The number of times customers purchased gift cards during the promotion |
Total Amount | The amount of gift cards purchased by customers during the promotion |
Total Discount | The discount amount customers get when purchasing gift cards during the promotion. |
Click [Past Promo] to view past events.
Click [enable] under the Actions column to re-launch the event (given there are no ongoing events).
Participate in Promotion
When purchasing the gift card, select the desired amount, the amount on the right will show the discount.
