This article introduces the Open Cash Drawer Record feature. This feature helps accurately track cash inflow and outflow, improving account accuracy and playing a crucial role in shift handovers and sales statistics. It also enhances the ability to monitor and prevent cash discrepancies. Once enabled, the cash register can be opened independently of transactions, and every opening operation will be recorded.

Click [Open Cashdrawer Record] on the settings page.

Enter the PIN code with appropriate permission.

When the feature is enabled, click [Toolbox] on the main POS page to open the cash register.

Click [Open Cashdrawer].

Choose whether to deposit or withdraw, enter the amount, select the reason for this operation, then click [Save & Open] to open the cash register and the action will be recorded in the cash register opening record.
