This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to effectively use the cash report function on your POS system, helping you streamline cash management and maintain accurate financial records.

📖 Tutorial

On the POS home page, click [Cash Report] to view cash transactions and records of manual cash drawer openings under normal circumstances.

Cash Transaction Reports:

① You can filter the records based on transaction time.

② The table headers include POS name, POS SN, total cash amount of orders, cash refunds, net cash value, and cumulative balance adjusted manually for non-business transactions (which accumulates with each operation and can be negative).

Manual Cash Drawer Opening Records for Non-Business Transactions:

① Click [Open Cash Drawer Record].

② Enter the PIN code to clock in the record.

③ You can filter the records based on POS SN, operator, operation type, and time. The table includes the reason for the operation, operator, opening time, type, and amount.

Offline Mode:

The cash drawer recording switch configuration is not displayed in offline mode. If the cash drawer recording feature was enabled before going offline, the cash balance will be calculated normally, and the data of cash drawer opening records will be saved locally. Once connected to the internet, the data will be synchronized to the cloud.
