This article provides a comprehensive guide on configuring various elements on the item template page, including item sizes, tags, internal marks, taste levels, and custom sales times. The following sections will be covered: item size, item taste, sales available time, default item tags, and default internal marks. Each section will offer detailed instructions to help you efficiently set up and manage these configurations.

Navigate to Store Portal - [Menu] - [Item Template]

Item Size

To add a new size under [Item Size], click [Add Size]. The name of the size will appear on all customer-facing channels and receipts. The [Alias Name (Label)] will be used on label tickets to save space. To apply the Alias Name to your reports, check the [Enable Alias Name (Report)] box.

When creating a new item, select [Size Price] to apply existing sizes.

Size options will appear before all other customization options.

Item Taste

Click [+Add Taste] to add a new item taste modifier.

In the text box, enter the taste name and press [Enter] to create a new entry.

If you allow customers to select multiple tastes, please configure the minimum and maximum number of selections allowed.

To print the alias names on your tickets, click [Alias Name] to configure them.

When creating a new item, click [+ Add Taste] to apply existing taste modifiers.

This is how taste modifiers will appear on customer-facing channels. If the minimum selection is not met, the section will be highlighted.

Sales Available Time

Click [+Add Time] to add a new custom sales time.

Enter a name for the new sales time, then configure the time slot. If the time slot is not continuous, use [+ Add Period].

When configuring a new item, select [Custom Time] and check the applicable existing sales availability times.

Note: Items that are not available for sale at the specified times will not be displayed on customer-facing channels or on the POS.

Default Item Tags

Click [+ New Tag] to enter a new tag, then press [Enter] to save it.

When creating a new item, choose from the existing [Item Tags] to apply.

The figure below shows where the tag will be displayed on customer-facing channels.

Default Internal Marks

Click [+ New Mark], type the name in the text box, and press [Enter] to add.

When creating a new item, choose from the existing [Internal Marks] to apply.

On the item page, you can also filter by internal marks.
