In this article, you will learn how to configure reward center. The Reward Center allows you to offer a variety of products for redemption. This points system not only attracts more customers but also gathers data on purchasing behaviors, helping to refine business strategies and increase profits.

The reward center is only available on the app for now.

How to Configure Points Redemption
Navigate to Peblla Store Portal - [Promotions] - [Rewards Center]
Click on [+Add Reward] to enter the add-point-redemption-item page.
Configuration
From the left-side menu, select a category. Then, pick items from the right side to include in the redemption. Clicking [All items] adds every item in that category.
Redeem Rules
At the top, input the point-to-dollar conversion rule, then click [+Apply] to automatically calculate and set the required points for the selected items.
Optionally, customize the points needed for each specific item.
Click [Save] to finalize changes.
Edit Rules and Deactivation
Once items are added, they will appear on the page. You can adjust the points needed for redemption by clicking the [blue] button in the Action column. To disable an item, use the [red] button. Please note that items cannot be completely deleted once they are added.
After clicking the [Blue] button, re-enter the required points for redeeming items and click [Save] to update.
How Customers Can Redeem Products
Option One:
Go to [App] - [Rewards & Deals] - [Rewards Center]. To redeem an item, select it and click [Redeem], then confirm by clicking [OK]. To view redeemed items, click on [My Rewards].
To use a redeemed coupon, click [Use Now]. The item will automatically be added to the cart. If the item has add-ons configured, an add-on selection will appear first. (Note: The additional cost of add-ons is not included and must be paid separately.)
Option Two:
Select the item first and add it to the cart, then click [Checkout] to enter the payment page.
Select the item that the coupon can be used for and click [Redeem one for xx points] (only applicable for redeemable dishes).
Click [Continue] to confirm and complete coupon usage.
