Promotion - Points Redemption

In this article, you will learn how to set up Points Redemption. It lets your members trade loyalty points for coupons you already have: you pick a coupon, set how many points it costs, and members redeem it in the Rewards Center. Redeemed coupons go to the member's coupon wallet and work like any other coupon at checkout.

Note: If you don't see [Points Redemption] under [Promotions], please contact Peblla Support to have it enabled.

📖 Tutorial

Turn On Points Redemption

1) Navigate to Peblla Enterprise Portal - [Promotions] - [Points Redemption].

2) Check the status line under the switch. Online ordering domain: Connected means you are ready.

3) Turn on the switch at the top of the page. The Rewards Center is now open to your members.

  • If the status line shows Online ordering domain: Not connected — contact Peblla support., please contact Peblla Support. Members can't open the Rewards Center until this is fixed.

  • You can set up coupons while the switch is off and turn it on when you are ready.

  • Turning the switch off closes the Rewards Center for members. Coupons they have already redeemed stay valid.

Add a Coupon to the Rewards Center

1) On the [Rewards] tab, choose one of your existing coupons. Cash, Discount, Item, and Addon coupons are supported. Expired or disabled coupons are not listed, and each coupon can be added once.

2) Fill in the settings below, then click [Save].

  • Original Price (optional): shown to members for reference only. Leave it blank or enter 0 to hide it.

  • Points Price (required): the points a member spends to redeem one coupon.

  • Stock (required): how many can still be redeemed. It goes down by 1 with each redemption. At 0, the coupon stays on the shelf but can't be redeemed.

  • Per-Member Redemption Limit (required): the most times one member can redeem this coupon. This is a lifetime limit and does not reset.

3) Put the coupon on the shelf to show it in the Rewards Center. If you are not ready, leave it off the shelf. Your settings are saved either way.

Note:
• A redeemed coupon keeps the value, scope, and conditions the original coupon had at the moment of redemption. Later edits to the original coupon only apply to coupons redeemed afterwards.
• The coupon's validity period starts when the member redeems it.
• Taking a coupon off the shelf does not affect coupons already redeemed.
• Points are not returned after redemption, even if the coupon is never used or expires.

Share the Rewards Center with Members

On the [Rewards] tab you will find the Rewards Center link, [Copy Link], and [Promote].

  • [Copy Link]: copies the Rewards Center link.

  • [Promote]: opens a guide that takes you to SMS Marketing, App Push, or Popup with the message filled in for you. Nothing is sent until you confirm on that page.

  • In store, you can print the Rewards Center QR code and place it near the POS and on tables.

The link, [Copy Link], and [Promote] are greyed out while the switch is off. [Promote] also needs at least one coupon on the shelf.

View the Report

Open the [Report] tab to see how your coupons are doing. It shows the last 30 days by default, with summary numbers at the top and one row per coupon below. Click a coupon name to see each member's redemptions. The report covers all your stores combined.
