The kiosk can provide convenient and efficient self-service. Customers can order food by themselves, choosing dishes, tastes, sizes, and add-ons, then complete the payment process. This can reduce the labor cost of the store and improve customer experience.

1.Type of Meal

After clicking the screen, there will be an option for meal type, there are two types but the ordering operation is the same for both.

2.Menu Selection

①If the store has multiple menus, you need to select the menu to enter.

②Change menu: Click【Switch Menu】, the menus will appear, you can change the menu after re-selecting it.

3.Dish Selection

①You can directly choose dishes.

②Or you can search for dishes.

Click【SEARCH】to enter the search screen, you can search by entering the desired content or clicking on the shortcut content.

4.Add-on Selection

After clicking on a dish, you will enter the add-on page. Follow the prompts to choose add-ons, then select the purchase quantity of the dish. After confirmation, click【Add to Cart】to add the dish to the shopping cart.

5.Shopping Cart:

After selecting dishes, you can adjust the quantity of dishes in the shopping cart. If a dish is reduced to a quantity of 1 and you click【-】, it will be deleted.【Clear All】will delete all dishes.

6.Enter Checkout Page:

Click【Done】after selecting dishes (if recommended dish promotion is configured, a recommendation page will appear (optional)), click【Checkout & Pay】to switch to the checkout page.

7.Checkout Page:

①Dish adjustment, tip selection, remarks, and member login operations are all available. After confirmation, click【Pay】to enter the payment page.

②Member (non-mandatory login):

Click on member, enter your phone number to receive a text message, enter verification code to log in.

8.Payment Page:

You can make payment by swiping your card in the card machine.
