Peblla’s self-service kiosk provides your customers with a fast, convenient, and intuitive ordering experience. By allowing guests to browse the menu, customize their meals, and complete payment on their own, the kiosk helps reduce front-of-house labor costs while improving order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

When a customer taps the screen, the kiosk will display the available meal type options. Although two types may be shown, the ordering steps remain the same for both.

① Entering the Menu
If your store has multiple menus (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Drinks), the customer must first choose which one to browse.

② Switching Menus
Customers can tap 【Switch Menu】 at any time to open the menu list and select a different menu.

① Directly selecting items
Customers can scroll and tap any dish to begin customization.

② Searching for items
By tapping【Search】, customers can enter keywords or choose preset shortcuts to quickly find their desired dish.

After selecting a dish, the kiosk will display available add-ons, options, or required modifiers (such as size, flavor, toppings).

Once all items are selected, customers tap 【Done】

If your store has recommended items or promotions configured, they will appear at this stage (optional).
Customers can then tap 【Checkout & Pay】 to move to the next step.

The checkout page allows customers to review their order and complete optional actions:

After confirming the order, they tap 【Pay】 to continue.

② Member Login (Optional)
Customers can log in by entering their phone number, receiving an SMS code, and completing verification.

On the payment page, customers complete their purchase by swiping or inserting their card on the connected payment terminal.
