The 'Save Order' feature can be used when customers need extra time to browse the menu and make a decision. In these situations, staff can save the customer's order, allowing them ample time to decide without disrupting the ordering and checkout process for other customers.
Note:
To print saved orders on the kitchen printer, the kitchen ticket feature must be enabled.
A PIN code with the appropriate permissions is required to cancel orders.

When dishes are selected, click [Save] to hold the order.
When an order is saved, you can view it in the [Order History] section.
Click [Save Orders] to view all held orders.
Select the order you wish to continue:
- Click [Cancel] and enter the PIN code to cancel the order, which will no longer be editable.
- Click [Edit] to return to the ordering page and continue adding items.
- Click [Print] to print the order receipt.
- Click [Pay] to proceed to the payment page.
