The Home screen shows one business day at a time. When you need to look further ahead, find a booking you cannot place, or check who a regular is, use the Reservation and Guest tabs at the bottom of the tablet.
📖 Reservation tab
Every reservation for the selected day, in one sortable list. Use the arrows beside the date to move between days.
Search name, phone, email... | Find a booking without knowing the date it sits on. |
Status filter | Narrow the list to one status. |
Columns | Date, time, name, party size, table type, table, deposit, status and phone number. Tap Date, Party or Status to sort by that column. |
The count on the right tells you how many reservations match. Tap any row to open the reservation and work on it the same way you would from the Home screen.
📖 Guest tab
Everyone who has ever booked with you, sorted A to Z by name. Guests are added here automatically the first time they reserve.
Search name, email, phone... | Find a guest by any of the three. |
Visit | How many completed visits the guest has with you. |
Tags | The tags on that guest, so you can spot a VIP at a glance. |
Open a guest to see their Upcoming, Visit, No-show and Cancelled counts, and to keep notes on them:
Guest Note | Up to 200 characters, kept with the guest and shown every time they book — a standing preference, an allergy, a seat they always ask for. |
Guest Tag | Pick from VIP, Family, Local, Gluten free, Vegetarian and Vegan, or create your own. |
A Guest Note stays with the guest. A Visit Note belongs to one reservation only.
