The Home screen is where your team runs the floor: see who is arriving, seat guests, and move reservations from one table to another. This article explains how to read the Home screen and what each view is for.

Sign in to your Peblla Table tablet with your PIN. The [Home] tab opens on the current business day. Use the arrows beside the date at the top to move between days — only business days can be selected.
The reservation panel
The left side lists the reservations for the selected business day, earliest first. Each card shows the guest name, party size, time, table type, table and current status.
Use [Search by name or table...] to find one reservation, or the chips above the list to narrow by status: All, Expected, Seated, No-Show, Completed and Cancelled. Each chip shows how many reservations it holds.
Tap a card to open the reservation and change its status, edit it, or handle its deposit.
Timeline View
Timeline View is what you see by default. Every hour is split into four 15-minute slots and a line marks the current time.
Reservation blocks | Each reservation sits on its table’s row, colored by status. Drag a block onto another table to move the reservation — this only changes the table. It does not change the status and it does not open the table. |
Table groups | Tables are grouped by table type, and each group header shows how many covers are booked for the day. [Close all] collapses every group. |
In Use (POS) | The table was opened directly on your POS rather than from a reservation. |
Reservations that are cancelled, completed or already seated cannot be dragged to another table.
The three rows at the bottom of the timeline tell you how full each slot is:
Online Covers | Covers counted against the online booking limit set in your schedule. |
Global Covers | Covers counted against the overall booking limit set in your schedule. |
Occupancy | Guests actually seated in that slot, including tables opened directly on your POS. |
Table View
Switch to [Table View] to see your floor instead of a timeline. The tables use the same layout as your POS table service screen, with one tab per service area.
Table not opened yet | Shows the next reservation on that table with its time and party size. |
Table opened on POS | Shows Seated and how long the guests have been at the table. |
Opened early from a reservation | The table is outlined in red. |
More than one reservation coming | A number badge appears in the corner of the table. |
Tap a table to see its reservations, and use [Change Table Assignment] there to move a reservation to a different table. The bar at the bottom shows the covers and occupancy for the day.
If your tablet loses its connection for a while, it shows Offline Mode — tap [OK] to keep working. You will see Network Recovered once it is back online.
