Report - Understand Adjust Fee

In this article, you will learn what the adjust fee means on your statement

Updated this week

In this article, you will learn what the Adjust Fee means on your Peblla statement and when it shows up as a negative or positive amount.

Table of Contents:

📖 Tutorial

When Adjust Fee is Negative

Scenario 1: You Used "Remove Fee" in POS Discount

If your store uses the “Remove Fee” option under POS Discounts to waive the Convenience Fee for a customer, that fee will be covered by your store.
Peblla will deduct the amount from your payout using Adjust Fee.

Scenario 2: Customer Paid Using Gift Card, BiteMe Cash, or Cash

If an order is paid using Gift Card, BiteMe Cash, Pay Cash at Store, or Cash on Delivery, Peblla still charges a Convenience Fee to the customer.
This amount will also be deducted from your payout through Adjust Fee.

When Adjust Fee is Positive

If the order involved in either of the above scenarios is fully refunded,
Peblla will return the previously deducted Convenience Fee to your store via Adjust Fee.
