Navigate to store.peblla.com, Device > Kiosk Settings.
Under Kiosk Settings, you can customize the idle screen display and adjust various options related to kiosk ordering behavior.
Change Kiosk Idle Screen
In the ADs Setting section:
Click on the +Picture/Video card.
Choose a media file from your computer.
Supported image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF (best resolution: 1080×1920 pixels, max size: 3MB)
Supported video format: MP4 (recommended aspect ratio: 16:9, max size: 50MB)
You can upload multiple items. They will rotate automatically on the kiosk.
Set the Switching Time
Use the Switching Time dropdown to set how long each item appears on the screen before switching. Options range from 5s to 10min.
Save & Reboot the Kiosk
After uploading and setting the timing, make sure to save your settings.
Kiosk Order Flow Customization
You can customize how kiosk orders are fulfilled by choosing from three order flow options under Kiosk Settings.
Phone Number (Default)
Customers are prompted to enter their phone number at checkout.
This helps staff identify orders during pickup.
The prompt screen will always appear, but you can allow customers to skip this step if desired.
Customer Name
You can request the customer's name instead of a phone number for easier reference.
Table Number (for Quick Service with Seating)
For fast casual environments with seating, you can require customers to enter their table number when placing an order.
