In this article, you will learn how to add a menu to the system backend step by step. By the end, you will have the knowledge to seamlessly add menus into your backend system, ensuring improved functionality and a better user experience.

To add a new menu, navigate to the Store Portal and select [Menu] followed by [Menu] from the options. On the [Menu] page, locate and click the [+ Add Menu] button positioned in the top left corner.

To configure the Add Menu page, follow these steps:

Enter Menu Name:

In the Name field, type the desired name for your menu. Ensure it is clear and concise, as it will represent this menu item in the system. The name can be up to 30 characters long.

Upload Image:

Click on the plus (+) icon under the Image section to upload an image that visually represents the menu. Make sure the image file is in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format and does not exceed 1MB in size.

Image for Menu View:

Click on the plus (+) icon under the Image for Menuview section to upload an additional image specific to how the menu appears in the menu view interface. Follow the same file format and size guidelines as above.

To configure the Kiosk Menu settings on this page, follow these steps:

Background Image:

Click the plus (+) icon under the Background Image section. Upload an image to serve as the background for the kiosk menu. The image must be in JPG, WEBP, PNG, or GIF format and should not exceed 1MB in size. The recommended resolution is 280x1000 pixels.

Logo/Icon:

Click the plus (+) icon under the Logo/Icon section. Upload a logo or icon that will represent this menu. The file must be in JPG, WEBP, PNG, or GIF format and should not exceed 1MB in size. The recommended resolution is 80x500 pixels.

Description:

In the Description field, input a short description for the kiosk menu (up to 40 characters). This should clearly convey what the menu represents.

Available Channels:

Under Make this menu visible on, select the channels where this menu will be accessible. The available options are POS, Kiosk, Web, and APP. Check the relevant boxes according to your requirements.

Save Your Changes:

After completing all the fields and ensuring your inputs are correct, click the Save button at the bottom to finalize the configuration.
