Note:

  1. Log in to the DoorDash Merchant Portal.

  2. Additional details are not necessary.

  3. the email is [email protected] instead of [email protected]

๐Ÿ“– Tutorial

  1. On the left menu, click [Help]

  2. Select [Account Support], then below, choose [Change Order Protocol]

  3. Select Next on the [Information about your issue] prompt

  4. Select if you would like to switch store location for [One Location] or [Multiple Locations].

  5. Select Email as the order protocol to transition to.
    Please fill out email address for Protocol
    with [email protected]
    โ€‹instead of [email protected]

  6. Confirm the store name and address, then fill out additional details if needed.

  7. Confirm your contact information and your availability.

  8. Click [Submit Form].
