Integration - Find the Login Credentials for 3rd-Party Integration

In this article, you will learn how to integrate third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Grubhub, and UberEats.

DoorDash Integration

Required Information

  • Tablet login names ending with @ipad.doordash.com

  • 4-digit PIN

  • Store ID

Note: Make sure to include "@ipad.doordash.com" after the login name.

Where to Find it

You may find it through two ways:

  • If you have a DoorDash tablet, you can usually find the above information on the back of the tablet.

  • If there is no such info sticker or the info is too blurry to be read, please contact DoorDash support at +1 855-222-8111. Please kindly inform them tablet login credentials and store ID are needed. DoorDash support may need the following information from you:

    • The last 4 digits of your bank account;

    • The last 4 digits of your bank routing number;

    • The name of your bank;

    • The last 4 digits of your EIN

Grubhub Integration

Required Information

  • Grubhub backend login name and password

  • Store ID

Where to Find it

  • Pull up your restaurant on grubhub.com

  • There is a unique URL on the search bar at the top of the page.

  • Your store ID is the six-digit number at the end of the URL after the backslash.

UberEats Integration

Required Information

  • The login name for UberEats Manager (Please note that this is not the login name ending with @ubereats.com given by UberEats. It should be the account set up by yourself to check out the sales report.)

  • Store ID

Where to Find it

Note: You can only find your store ID in the UberEats Manager backend.

  • Please go to the UberEats Manager backend.

  • (If your account is a master manager account with multiple stores, please choose the specific store you would like to connect first.)

  • There is a unique URL on the search bar at the top of the page.

  • Your store ID is a 36-digit string at the end of the URL after the backslash and before the question mark.
