What is Third-Party Integration?

Third-party delivery integration refers to linking your restaurant's third-party delivery platforms (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) into your in-house POS system.

Peblla's third-party delivery integration feature currently includes four delivery platforms: Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Gloria Food. Once the integration is all set, orders from these platforms will be sent directly to Peblla's POS terminal and printed through the printers. This will save you a significant amount of manpower and expenses.

FAQ

Can I turn off my 3rd party delivery tablets?

Of course! You can shut down your tablet during daily operations. Delivery orders will automatically come out of your Peblla POS system and be printed on the kitchen printers you've set up. However, if you need to contact the driver or the customer, cancel orders, process refunds, etc., you will still need to perform these actions on the tablets.

I'm experiencing significant delays with my Grubhub orders. Why?

Two things will cause significant delays with Grubhub orders:

1️⃣ If your business hour on 3rd-party is different from your business hour in our system, the order will only be sent to Peblla POS once it is your opening hour on Grubhub. So please make sure they match!

2️⃣ If the order is a future order, then it will only be sent to Peblla POS when it is time to make it. E.g. If your general preparation+delivery time on Grubhub is 30 minutes, and the order is a future for 5 o'clock tonight, then the order will only be printed at 4:30, instead of when it was first placed.

The product names on the receipts are too long, can I make them shorter?

  • Please go to the store backend> integration> 3rd party kitchen config.

  • Edit the specific printer.

  • Choose Do Not Print to get rid of accessive category group names.
