Navigate to Peblla Store Portal - [Menu] - [Item Template]
Item Size
To add a new size under [Item Size], click [Add Size]. The name of the size will appear on all customer-facing channels and receipts. The [Alias Name (Label)] will be used on label tickets to save space. To apply the Alias Name to your reports, check the [Enable Alias Name (Report)] box.
When creating a new item, select [Size Price] to apply existing sizes.
Size options will appear before all other customization options.
Item Taste
Click [+Add Taste] to add a new item taste modifier.
In the text box, enter the taste name and press [Enter] to create a new entry.
If you allow customers to select multiple tastes, please configure the minimum and maximum number of selections allowed.
To print the alias names on your tickets, click [Alias Name] to configure them.
When creating a new item, click [+ Add Taste] to apply existing taste modifiers.
This is how taste modifiers will appear on customer-facing channels. If the minimum selection is not met, the section will be highlighted.
Tare Container
Set up the containers you weigh items in, such as cups, bowls, or trays. When an item is weighed on the POS, the tare weight of the container is deducted from the reading, so customers only pay for what is inside.
Click [+ Add Container] to add one.
In the [Add Tare Container] window, enter the [Name] (up to 50 characters) and the [Tare Weight], then choose the [Unit] - lb or oz. Click [Save].
The list shows each container's [Container Name], [Tare Weight] and [Associated Items]. Use the handle on the left of a row to drag containers into the order you want them to appear on the POS, and use the icons under [Actions] to edit or delete a container.
Note: To have a container selected automatically when an item is weighed, set the item's [Default Container]. See Menu - Add New Items.
Sales Available Time
Click [+Add Time] to add a new custom sales time.
Enter a name for the new sales time, then configure the time slot. If the time slot is not continuous, use [+ Add Period].
When configuring a new item, select [Custom Time] and check the applicable existing sales availability times.
Note: Items that are not available for sale at the specified times will not be displayed on customer-facing channels or on the POS.
Default Item Tags
Click [+ New Tag] to enter a new tag, then press [Enter] to save it.
When creating a new item, choose from the existing [Item Tags] to apply.
The figure below shows where the tag will be displayed on customer-facing channels.
Default Internal Marks
Click [+ New Mark], type the name in the text box, and press [Enter] to add.
When creating a new item, choose from the existing [Internal Marks] to apply.
On the item page, you can also filter by internal marks.
