Group Order is now available on our apps! Customers can initiate a group order and send the link to their colleagues and friends and order together! This feature would greatly benefit your store if it is located near office buildings or a college campus. Of course, stores with small order sizes would also gain more delivery traffic.

The [Table Service Delayed Send] option has been added to the POS - Settings - Print Settings. When this feature is enabled, a window will appear each time you send items to the kitchen, giving you the choice to delay the printing time of the kitchen ticket.

By turning on the [Dining Time] function on POS, you can set a timer on each table. This function is perfect for stores that need to track their customer's dining time, for example, karaoke, buffet, etc.

This new feature allows you to add order notes to table service just like it is in quick service. Customers ordering through QR codes can also add order notes.

[Gross Revenue] is added to the POS daily report. Gross Revenue = Subtotal - Refund.

You can decide whether a ticket or label is printed by the order's dining type. For example, you can choose to only print the label when the drink is ordered "to-go."
