Use Cases

Group purchase is a type of sales promotion conducted by merchants to achieve the goal of more sales with less profit. Merchants can configure group purchase activities related information in Peblla backend Group Buy, customers place orders online, and pick up meals offline.

Please follow the steps below to operate

One、Group Purchase Item Configuration

1.Enter the Shop Management Admin, click on【Group Buy】, then select【Group Buy Item】to open the page, click on【Add】to add items for the group purchase.

2.Set the group purchase item name, price, picture, and description. After setting it, click on【Save】to finish.

Two、Group Purchase Location Configuration

1.Click on【Group Buy】, select【Group Buy Locations】to enter the page, click 【Add】to add a group purchase location.

2.Enter the details of the address, phone number, pickup time, and set whether a discount is available for using this address.

Three、Group Purchase Activity Configuration

1.Click on【Group Buy】, select【Group Buy】to enter the page, click on 【Add】to add a group purchase activity.

2.Event Description: Fill in the activity name, description, then click on【Next】to proceed.

3.Pickup Location & Time:

①Click on【+Add】to add a group purchase pickup location.

②Configure pickup-related information (if the pickup time is configured for this address in the address library, it will auto-fill in), after completing, click on【Done】to proceed.

③Click on【Next】to proceed.

4.Payment Collection

①Choose one kind of collection method.

②Choose the group purchase items that participate in this activity, can configure inventory in Stock (not entering means infinite inventory).

5.Click on【Submit & Publish】to publish immediately, or on【Save as Draft】to save in drafts for further publishing.

6.After creating the group purchase, actions can be performed in the Action column. The left button is to copy the share link; the middle button is to edit the current group purchase; the right button is to view the current sales situation.

7.In the ongoing activity, the inventory can be added or modified.

Four、SMS Information Configuration

Customers will receive a text message when they place an order, pick up meals and get a refund. You can click on【Group Buy】select【SMS】to open the page to configure.

Five、Group Purchase Order Details

1.You can click on【Group Buy】select【Group Buy Order】to open the page to view.

2.Search for group purchase activities and specific orders based on the filter labels to display the order list;

3.Click on the order number to view the order details;

4.Refund: Under the Shop Manager role, you can click on【Refund】to process the refund.
