Table Service - Peblla Table Schedule

Define when guests can book, how fast you seat them, and which tables are available.

A schedule defines when guests can book: which days of the week you take reservations, the first and last seating times, which table types are open, and how many guests you seat every 15 minutes. In this article, you will learn how to build and manage your schedules.

Set up your reservation configuration in this order: Policy > Table Type > Schedule. Every table type needs a policy, and every schedule needs table types.

📖 Tutorial

Navigate to Peblla Store Portal > Table Service > Peblla Table, then open [Schedule] from the menu on the left.

The page opens on a calendar. Switch between Month View and Week View, or click [Today] to jump back to the current date.

Create a Schedule

Click [New Schedule] and work through the three steps.

Step 1 — Essentials

Days of the week

Select at least one day. The schedule repeats on those days.

Start date / End date

Start date defaults to today and cannot be in the past. Leave the end date blank for a schedule that never expires.

Schedule name

Cannot repeat the name of another schedule that is currently in effect.

First Seating / Last Seating

The earliest and latest time a party can be seated. Times are set in 15-minute steps.

Cutoff Time

The latest a guest can still book online. Defaults to No Cutoff Time. This only affects online bookings — your staff can still book in Peblla Table.

Table types

Select at least one table type to open for this schedule.

Step 2 — Guest flow

Pacing"Set the max number of guests to seat every 15 minutes. Pacing your Schedule properly can help you seat more guests and avoid overwhelming your kitchen and staff."

Turn on Enable Pacing Controls, then set:

Online Covers

The maximum number of guests that online bookings can fill in each 15-minute slot.

Global Covers

The maximum number of guests from all sources in each 15-minute slot. Cannot be lower than Online Covers.

Turn Times"Adjust the table turn time based on party size. The +/- buttons below increase or decrease by 15 minutes." Every party size starts at 2hr; use the + and - buttons to change it.

Step 3 — Table availability

"By default, all tables in this Schedule were reservable. Fine-tune availability for specific tables as needed."

Open a table to set each 15-minute slot, or use [Bulk Edit] for several tables at once. Each slot can be:

Reservable online

Guests can book this slot online, and your staff can book it in Peblla Table.

Reservable in-house

Only your staff can book this slot in Peblla Table.

Non-reservable

The slot cannot be booked at all.

Click [Save & Finish]. The schedule now shows on the calendar for every day it covers.

Edit or Delete a Schedule

Click a schedule on the calendar to reopen it. All three steps can be changed.

  • A schedule can only be deleted while its end date is in the future. Deleting does not affect past reservations.

  • If your change pushes existing reservations outside the available times, you will be asked to confirm first. Those reservations become Unassigned Reservations and appear in the top row of the Timeline view in Peblla Table, so your staff can move them.
