Report Center - Deposit Daily Breakdown

How to read the Settled Deposits Daily Breakdown report in Report Center - Payments.

Deposit Daily Breakdown shows, day by day, what was settled into your deposit account. You can find it under Report Center > Payments > Deposit Daily Breakdown.

Choosing an account and a date range

If you have more than one deposit account, use the Account tabs at the top of the page to switch between them. Set the date range you want to review, and click [Export] to download the data.

Note: if your location has no deposit account set up, the page shows No Deposit Accounts Available. Contact Peblla Support if you expect to see one.

  • Settled Date - the date the deposit was settled into your account.

  • Sales Date(s) - the sales day or days included in that deposit.

  • Total Payments - the total amount paid by your customers on those sales dates.

  • Total Refunds - the refunds you issued that were taken out of that deposit.

  • Transaction Fee - the processing fees charged on those payments.

  • Additional Fee - any extra fees applied on top of the standard transaction fee.

  • Adjust Fee - fee adjustments applied to that deposit.

  • Other - any other amounts included in the deposit that do not fall into the categories above.

  • Net Deposits - the amount left after everything above is applied. This is what was deposited into the selected account.

Click a row to open Transactions Settled on that date below the table, and review the individual transactions behind the deposit. The download button at the end of the row allow you to directly access the corresponding receipt.

This report is also available in the Peblla Enterprise Portal, with exactly the same fields. At the enterprise level it covers your gift card activity and member subscription fees.
