SMS Marketing Application Guide

This article will help you to find out the necessary information you need for enabling SMS marketing.

Please log into Enterprise Portal with your username and password.

Enterprise - Marketing - SMS Marketing - Get Started

Please read carefully about the SMS Plan charge info before click the "Start Application" button.

Click Start Application

  • Registration Type (Please choose whether you will use EIN or CBN)

    • EIN (Employer Identification Number)

    • CBN (Company Business Number)

  • EIN Number - Enter your EIN number

  • Legal Name - Enter your business legal name

  • Email for Notification - Enter your email address

Click Authorize ACH

  • Bank Account Information 1 (business details)

    • Business Name - Your Company Name

    • Address - Company Address

    • Owner's / Representative's Name - Owner's Name

    • Phone - (123)456-7890

    • Email - Company Email Address

  • Bank Account Information 2 (bank account details)

    • Bank Name*

    • Bank Routing Number*

    • Bank Account Number*

    • Account Type*: Checking or Savings

  • Authorization & Agreement

  • Click these two checkboxes to let us know that you agree with the terms and verify the bank info.

  • Customer Signature

  • Sign with your digital signature

  • Printed Name

  • Date

  • Upload your void check

Click Submit ACH Debit Authorization, you will get feedback below.

In Enterprise portal - Marketing - SMS marketing, you will get feedback below.

Once you see the three screenshots above, your submission is complete and all required information has been successfully received. SMS marketing will be enabled within 3 weeks.
