In this article, you can learn how to enable the member function and how to configure the point function. Customers can register as members and earn points through consumption, which can be used to deduct the amount of the order or exchange for specific discounts. For example, if the merchant configures each $1 consumption to reward 5 points, after the customer has placed an order worth $10, they are rewarded with 50 points, and when they accumulate 100 points, they can deduct $1.

Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Member] - [Point Center] to enter the Point Center page.

Click [Edit] to open the configuration page.

Click [Point Rules] to turn on the point function.

Point Redemption Rules:

Determine the number of points required to redeem $1

App and web restriction settings:

  1. Points can only be used if they are sufficient to cover the entire order amount.

  2. Alternatively, ensure that the points used per transaction meet or exceed a specified minimum threshold.

Maximum Multiplier Limit:

After determining that points must exceed a specified minimum for use, set a multiplier to regulate the points' usage and establish a maximum limit for this multiplier.

Advanced Points Tips:

1. Minimum Points Requirement: After setting a minimum number of points required for use, enable this function.

2. Insufficient Points Notification: If the points are not enough, it will show how much more money is needed.

In the App homepage, click the points module, the points exchange value will be shown in the popup.

Participating Channels:

Select the channels where points deductions can be applied. For this feature, the app and web are mandatory, while POS and Kiosk are optional.

Points and promotions can be applied together:

Decide if points can be used in conjunction with promotional activities. This option is enabled by default, but if you believe the order profit will be too low with both options, you can disable it.

Use points to redeem reward (only for App use):

Points can be used to redeem item coupons. Further details on adding items as coupon configuration>>>

Set the time limit for coupons to prevent customers from being unable to use them due to item changes over time.

Point Center page:

After enabling the points feature, you can access point-related data, configure general point settings, and find shortcuts for point-related functions on the point center page.
