In this article, you will learn how customers can register as members and how to log in and log out across different channels. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions to ensure a seamless experience for your customers, enhancing their engagement with your platform.

Method 1:

On the POS homepage, navigate to the [Table Service] or [Quick Service] page. On the ordering page, click [Select Member] to open the member login page. Then click [Create New] to open the registration page.

Method 2:

On the POS homepage, click [Members], then click [Create New] to add a member.

Enter the phone number and the member's name, then click [Submit] to register and automatically login. [Add Delivery Address] can be used to edit detailed member information.

For customers: Click [Sign In / Sign Up] in the upper-right corner, then a login/registration window will pop up, prompting the customer to enter their phone number and click [Send a Code] to receive an SMS. After entering the verification code and clicking [Sign In / Sign Up], a new window will appear for entering detailed information.

Click [Confirm] to successfully register.

For customers: Click [Account] on the login/registration page, then enter their phone number, and click [Sign in / Sign up] to receive a verification code. Enter customer information and click [Done] to successfully register.

For customers: Click [Sign In] to open the login screen, and enter their phone number to register.

① Click [Select Member] in the upper-left corner to open the login page. Enter the phone number, then click on the searched member to login.

Click on [Sign In / Sign Up] in the upper-right corner. A login/registration window will pop up, wherein the customer enters their phone number, clicks [Send a code] to receive an SMS. Enter the verification code, click [Sign In / Sign Up] to successfully login.
