Your kiosk shows English by default. In this article, you will learn how to add a second language, Spanish or Simplified Chinese, so customers can switch languages while they order. You set this up on the kiosk itself, in the Administrator Console.
Note: Only the kiosk's own on-screen text, such as buttons, labels, and prompts, is shown in the second language. Item names and category names stay as they are in your menu.
📖 Tutorial
Turn On a Second Language
1) On the kiosk's idle screen, tap the top left corner 8 times to open the Administrator Console.
2) Scroll down and tap [Language]. The line under the card name shows the current setting.
3) Turn on Enable Multilingual, then pick a Second language: Español or 简体中文. You can choose one at a time. English stays as the default language and can't be changed.
4) Tap [Save]. The change takes effect right away, and customers can switch between English and the second language while ordering. Tap [Cancel] to close without saving.
Turn Off the Second Language
Open [Language] again, turn off Enable Multilingual, and tap [Save]. The kiosk goes back to English only, and customers no longer see the language option.
